Streamlined Evaluation & Reporting

An Innovative Solution

It is exciting to get involved and handle a project of this size and complexity.  It involved a multilevel reporting,  reporting to the funding agency, and managing subcontractor performance reporting.  We reviewed the project documentation including contracts, guidelines and procedures and Principal instructions.  Defined what decisions the reports are for, what decisions matter to performance, ensured alignment, analysed and consolidated reported outcomes around decisions and use findings to focus dashboards. We also used data and analytics to create a focused and effective solution.  We continued monitoring to close the gap.  We finally achieved a 90% reduction in reporting time,  improved performance, increased efficiency, and watched the operation blossoming.  We loved working with Mission Australia, their passion for improving performance, embracing new ideas to achieve excellence. Our team is looking forward to more collaborations to deliver more successful projects in creating more efficient operations in the future.
